Shipping Cost

Australian Orders

The shipping cost is calculated based on the number and weight of items in your order. Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.

All Australian orders will be shipped by Australia Post and typically arrive within five (5) working days from dispatch (depending on location), but please allow extra time due to delays caused by COVID.

International Orders

The shipping cost is calculated based on the number and weight of items in your order. Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.

International orders will be shipped by Australia Post or DHL. Delivery can take up to four (4) weeks from dispatch or longer due to delays caused by COVID (depending on location). Timing is also dependent upon circumstances such as customs that are beyond the control of Kotes by Kobe. If you would like specific information about delivery to your country, please contact us before you place an order.

General Information

  • Kotes by Kobe will process all orders for shipping within four (4) Business Days as determined by Australian Eastern Standard Time (“Business Day”), unless otherwise specified. Shipments received over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed within the next four (4) Business Days. If the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified within two (2) Business Days.
  • We pack and process your order as quickly as we can. If you find that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, contact us ASAP at kobe@kotesbykobe.com.au along with your order number and correct address as we only have a short amount of time to change or cancel an order.
  • In the unfortunate circumstance that the product you are seeking to order is out of stock, we will contact you within two (2) Business Days to let you know.
  • Delivery charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • All deliveries must be signed for unless you have provided written authority and details as to how the product can be delivered and in such circumstances, Kotes by Kobe will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products. 
  • Kotes by Kobe will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
  • If your order does not arrive in the estimated timeframe, please contact Kotes by Kobe at kobe@kotesbykobe.com.au.
  • All Kotes by Kobe products are packaged to ensure safe transit, prior to the goods leaving our premises. Kotes by Kobe does not accept responsibility for any goods that may be damaged during delivery.
