KOTES BY KOBE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The products of Kotes by Kobe come in a number of different sizes. Please take extra care when selecting the products by carefully checking the size charts (‘Size Chart’) provided. It is your responsibility to order the correct size according to the Size Chart. If you need to exchange the product for a different size, you should return the original product to Kotes by Kobe, PO Box 977, Newtown NSW 2042 Australia (‘The Return Address’) and you should include the order number and state the reason for the return. You should then purchase the product in the new size. The cost of return postage is your responsibility.
All returns must be processed within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Products will only be accepted for returns if they have never been worn and/or used and are still in their original packaging, with the label attached. Kotes by Kobe reserves the right to withhold credited funds if these conditions are not met. Prints are non-refundable as they are made to order, so please choose carefully.
Once the return product is received by Kotes by Kobe in a satisfactory condition as referred to above, we will then refund the purchase price back to your credit card or other payment gateway.
If the product is faulty, or if the wrong product is sent, Kotes by Kobe will replace the product or refund the purchase cost to you and in such case, Kotes by Kobe will also cover the cost of the return postage. You should contact Kotes by Kobe prior to sending the product to the Return Address so that Kotes by Kobe can advise as to what additional information you should provide to Kotes by Kobe to enable the refund to be processed (for example photo of damage or wrong product).
Any return product is considered your responsibility until it is received by Kotes by Kobe and as such, Kotes by Kobe encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking. If customers are returning products to Kotes by Kobe from overseas, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customs declaration forms are adequately and correctly completed.
Customers should allow fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days for all returns, exchanges and/or refunds to be processed by Kotes by Kobe.
To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on Kotes by Kobe are excluded under the Terms and Conditions of Kotes by Kobe’s Return, Exchanges and Refunds Policy (‘Returns, Exchanges and Returns Policy’).
Nothing contained in this Returns, Exchanges and Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any provision, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Australian Consumer Law or under any international consumer protection legislation, provided that, to the extent that such law permits Kotes by Kobe to limit its liability, then Kotes by Kobe’s liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or payment of the cost of replacing the goods, supplying the equivalent goods or having the goods repaired.
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As Kotes by Kobe cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Kotes by Kobe. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery, registered post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

To return, seek a refund or exchange a product, please send it to:-

- Your order number (this appears on your invoice);
- Your name, address, telephone and email address;
- A description of the item you are seeking to return or exchange;
- Confirmation as to whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or product, Kotes by Kobe will refund the purchase price of the returned product. You should then purchase the product in the new size or the new product.
